For your shopping convenience, Bittersweet Primitives accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal. The U.S.
Postal Service increased its shipping rates on May 12th, and
consequently, ours have been raised also.
Orders are shipped within 24 hrs. All orders received on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day. If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know.
Domestic US Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS .
International Shipping
Please e-mail me with your orders, I will process your order with actual shipping and send you an invoice. Custom and duty charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
We strive for 100% satisfaction. We accept returns for 14 days from the date of purchase with the exceptions of patterns and books (due to copyright laws), cut fabric can only be returned if there is a defect in the fabric. Any item that is returned must be in its original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 5% is charged on all orders placed within Massachusetts.
